Everyone was welcoming and accommodating. I am unsure if a room stinking of smoke should be on offer to guests at all, as the best that can happen is I need to move rooms, the worst that can happen is that I complain a lot or have an asthma attack which no one wants. I was offered a different room, again, staff was great, but I don't want that hassle, I want a clean smelling room without having to ask for it.

Our company has stayed here for many years. It's location is ideal, easy access to the Messe and has a very good restaurant.

I had a bad service starting the reception, bed was not comfortable and one pillow only. No water to make coffee or tea, provided one sparkling water which cant be used to make coffee and for the first night only, and when i asked for one night to extend i got very high rate which gave no chance other than switching to another hotel
