We are experienced Novatel users for events in Wolverhampton but were disappointed with this stay. The hotel interior is looking a little tired. Our room (315) had poor Air Con, the toilet door would not close or lock and the toilet seat itself needs replacing. One bedside light was not working. Our breakfast was excellent, but the fabric covers on many chairs in the Dining room were dirty.

Not the first time I've used Novotel. Nice quality rooms/beds all working and comfortable. Always clean. Brilliant staff who are inviting and helpful. Thank you for another short n sweet space to stay. Easy to walk into town in the morning for breakfast

Air conditioning not working despite complaint. Bedsheet not changed after one week of stay as well. Limited breakfast and dinner options.
