Fabulous food, and really great service from two lovely waitresses. Ella & Jenna. Very knowledgeable and made changes for my allergies and suggested superb dishes. Scallops, octopus and snapper all perfectly cooked and delicious. Thanks will be back.

The Novotel Hotel is ideally located but unfortunately was disappointed when checking in. As an Accor Platinum Member I would have expected better from the check in process. Arrived at 3.00 , which is check in time, to be told my room was not ready. Next the Gentleman at reception said “ but we have upgraded you to one of our really nice rooms” Great I thought, but about 2 hours later I went back to reception to ask if my room was ready, really thought they would have tried to contact or find me to let me know. My fantastic room upgrade was basic room with City view to Basic room with construction view, very disappointing. The rest of the stay I couldn’t fault, restaurant and bar including most of the staff were fantastic, lady at checkout was lovely, concierge were extremely helpful.

I ordered room service, was told it would take up to 1.5hrs which I accepted. When the food arrived it was cold. it was to late and i was to tired to complain on the spot. When i mentioned it to reception as I was checking out they didn't seem to care. Disappointing!!
