It was not a very good experience this time with Novotel. My first experience with Novotel was in Bali and experience was more than awesome, that’s why I choose again Novotel but disappointed. The room size was good but pillows were very hard and only two pillows were there. There was no cutlery in the room and when I called them to provide, they asked to pay extra charges to use the cutlery which was disappointing. There was not even water to drink and when called them, again same reply we will charge extra to provide water 🙄 Now about Shower,,,,, I was surprised to see the shower of 4 star hotel like seriously it was below the average and this kind of shower we can expect in motels or 1-2 star hotels very very disappointing Apart from this the shower gel dispenser was not even working 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ No bath robes , thongs provided by them In breakfast in 4 STAR HOTEL BREAKFAST BUFFET IN THE NAME OF FRUITS WE GOT melon, watermelon apple and pear like seriously not even single good fruit was there no dragon fruit, no kiwi, no grapes no cherries nothing like what are you providing . It’s feedback but a suggestion as well:- Don’t see the business how many people are staying in your hotel, need to be considered how many people are returning back and having good reviews about stay.

From the time we checked in, James ensured we felt welcome. He was professional, friendly and efficient. Thanks to James, Sabura and the Novatel team who left a beautiful welcome package for us and our two kids. Excellent service all round and the food was exceptional for both breakfast and dinners that we had there.

The location is good. However, the room itself (901, 1001) noisy during the night that was waking us up. The walls shaking, hence the wall lamps were shaking and making noise, loud enough to wake us up. So was not a good night sleep for light sleepers.
