I stayed here with my family for 3 nights overall was a great experience Alice on check in was so informative she was a breath of fresh air! I recommend the restaurant! Rooms are slightly outdated and it is a shame about the construction. Overall good stay!

Perfect location for family holiday

Perfect location for a family holiday. A short walk over the foot bridge takes you to the Aquarium and other family attractions. Only negative. 4 lifts servicing 10 floors often meant long waits for a lift in the morning. Hotel should invest in a couple more lifts

Ground staff fantastic, polite, friendly, welcoming Restaurant and cafe staff, lovely Location, fantastic Amenities great, tea, coffee, shampoos, toothbrushes brilliant Cleanliness- absolutely disgusting! It’s the filthiest 4* hotel I’ve ever stayed in, it’s an absolute shambles! The corridors are filthy, the rooms aren’t cleaned properly and I didnt even want to step foot in the poor excuse for a bathroom. The maintenance is shoddy but moreover the cleaners know nothing more than changing a bed. Mirrors and switches dirty, bath dirty, floors and grout stained and filthy. I’ve seen better youth hostels
