Very well located in the city center. Rooms are small and not suitable for work due to a small desk and a couch that seats too low. Bed is very comfortable and WC is enough. Breakfast was served at the rooms due to renovation/adaptation to covid situation and it was pretty correct, but no hot food. Rooms are quiet but I guess the ones facing the canal are quieter. Staff was nice and helpful.

Well located - room run down

Extremely friendly people at the desk and great location. Unfortunately the room was in quite desolate condition (old/run down) and not really clean.

Location was good , condition of room was poor (damage to shower tray and hole in wall under sink ) ..when booking I wasn’t made aware that hotel was having major re construction which meant no bar ; no restaurant no reception area . On the positive side reception staff were really helpful and courteous . Room was far too expensive for its present condition but I had a 7 ;00 train and no time to change hotels but as a frequent guest with mercure I would expect a reply to my concerns regards A M siimpson

as a accor business card holder, I am extremely upset , the arrival book in was long you only had beer or water as a complimentary drink, "no wine in France", breakfast was in room only ! the air con was NOT on in the room, the bed was like a rock along with the pillows, you should look at Ibis, you can see that I stay in many accor hotels, and this I feel was a "waste" of my hard earned 4000 points, I shall be making a complaint to accor customer services

Didn't know that "a little work" meant that there was no bar, reception or restaurant service. Not pleasant eating breakfast in the room. Our car was too high for the local car parks. The staff (morning and afternoon receptionists) were extremely helpful and helped us to find alternative accomodation. They were both very pleasant and professional.

One Night Stay for Catalan Dragons gane

We checked in late on Saturday evening and the whole experience was easy and straight forward. The room was clean and presentable. On Sunday afternoon we checked out of the hotel and had a walk around the deserted town of Perpignan. With plenty of time to fill in we went back to the hotel and the staff member of David made us feel very welcome and we purchased some drinks from the bar. I hope the hotel can survive this current crisis as all the staff members we encounterted were friendly and helpful and deserve to keep their employment.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the centre of Perpignan. The design is modern and quirky but we felt that the rooms were too small. Staff were friendly and helpful but standard of housekeeping was lacking and towels were old and very poor quality.

Our GPS took 25 mins touring round the town to locate you and after hours of motorway bouchons we were exhausted, but were offered advice and a welcome drink by charming evening staff. Room good. Bathroom fine. A good Mercure restaurant would have ben welcome but the town was full of food and festivity.
