We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. The hotel is perfectly located, exceptionally clean, and has a hip, stylish atmosphere. The rooms are incredibly well organized and make excellent use of the space, with complimentary coffee, tea, and water, a wonderful amenity. We especially loved the bar. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we returned twice for a nightcap! The service throughout the hotel was consistently warm, welcoming, and professional. A special mention must go to our bartender, David, who was simply outstanding. He is one of those rare people who clearly takes great pride in what he does and genuinely enjoys taking care of his guests, remembering us by name. His warmth, professionalism, and personality made our evenings at the bar especially memorable. We joked that we would return to Amsterdam just to see David again, and we might! A terrific hotel, made even better by exceptional people. Highly recommended.

Great location, lovely breakfast but the gym equipment could be more extensive and refurbished. Also the room design such that there is no way to get dressed before exiting the shower is a bit strange. Otherwise, loved the room aesthetics and very friendly receptionists.

Enjoyed my stay. Good location. Buy room was small. I couldn’t really work on my laptop in my room when needed. Otherwise, staff are great and food was good too.

Location is great and rooms are comfortable. Special mention to Levy who is friendly and makes our stay better! Other check-in crew staff are really friendly and welcoming too. Breakfast restaurant service however, could be more prompt. Chef could be more hygienic with food handling too.

Great location, just a 10-minute walk from Central Station and very close to Dam Square and the main shopping streets. The staff were very helpful, and the room was well equipped with everything needed. The only downside was that the room was a little small, but overall I had a great stay and would happily stay here again.

Have stayed here several times for business (my last time I was in a very very small room so did not have the same experience I usually have so I am pleased that last week I was given a bigger room, given that I was staying for a week). The service from check-in, to breakfast, to drinks etc is top class; the staff look after you so well and you feel completely safe if you are a solo traveller. Great options for breakfast (healthy, cooked, pasty choice) and lovely ambience in the bar.

INK Hotel Amsterdam — A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Amsterdam I’ve just had a fabulous stay at INK Hotel Amsterdam, and I genuinely couldn’t have had a more enjoyable experience. One of the highlights for me was the breakfast — a terrific selection of fresh hot and cold options, served until a very civilised 11am, which is exactly what you want when you're away for a few days. There’s a wonderful chef behind it all, and the quality really shows. The hotel bar is also a great spot, but what really stood out throughout my stay was the wonderful, friendly and engaging staff. Nothing was too much trouble, and there was a genuinely welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. I also loved the eco-friendly option of choosing not to have your room serviced every day, in return for 100 Accor ALL loyalty points. It's a small initiative, but one that makes perfect sense — less unnecessary housekeeping and a little reward for the guest too. Location-wise, it's hard to beat. INK Hotel Amsterdam is just four minutes from Beurs van Berlage, where I was attending a conference, and you're right in the heart of Amsterdam with so much within easy walking distance. And as a story writer, I absolutely loved the concept of the hotel. The whole INK theme — inspired by storytelling, journalism and the idea of where stories are written — makes it feel like a hotel with a personality rather than simply somewhere to sleep. And speaking of sleep — the beds are incredibly comfortable! A huge thank you to Jolanda de Smit and all the team at INK Hotel Amsterdam for making my stay such an enjoyable one. Great location, fantastic breakfast, brilliant staff, a lovely bar, incredibly comfortable beds and a hotel concept that really speaks to me as a writer. I would definitely return.
