We stayed here in Feb 2024 but that wasn't on the list of dates! Pros - Friendly staff, Amazing food - we had the breakfast every morning and it was all cooked to absolute perfection every time. Great location not too far from the main streets so it's a great spot if you want a bit quietness as well not to travel too far for the exhibitions. Rooms clean and comfy, Staff went the extra mile for the occasion, Cons - None

We stayed recently in the Ink Hotel in Amsterdam . The location was superb 3 mins walk to dam square , shopping area & the canals . The staff were friendly and extremely helpful . The hotel room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. A lovely bar & restaurant . I will definitely stay in this hotel again and would highly recommend it

Not impressed at all with hotel. We were put in the smallest room on the floor, number. 200. It felt like we had a room for one, the bed was small, definitely not a queen size bed as advertised and the pillows awful, so so lumpy. The shower drainage was not working so after less than a minute was flooding onto the floor. The bathroom door also didn’t close fully and the space was tiny. Someone should check this room before allocating to other guests. I have photos if needed. I honestly think that the trainee staff member on the desk made some mistake with the room allocation. Only that we had a full schedule we would have asked for another room, but it was too much hassle. Not sure what the advantage of being an Accor member is if you get the worst room on the floor. Only good thing was location and friendly staff.
