We have come to the end of a very pleasant stay at the Novotel in Montreal. Very conveniently located near the city centre, McGill University, the art galleries and public transport. We had a very well appointed room on the ninth floor with one of the nicest and most efficient bathrooms we can recall. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious and very well appointed. It has always been our experience that the staff are the backbone and soul of a hotel and we would like to acknowledge Sabrina who went out of her way to make our stay so comfortable. Always so helpful and welcoming and very happy to offer assistance when asked. We would certainly stay here again should we return and thank the management for their welcoming note in our room on our arrival late in the evening after a full day of travel.

aaronmckh Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

Great team, the standout was Maria? (Sorry) on the front desk, who was incredibly helpful. Restaurant and bar a nice, food menu is limited, and breakfast options are pretty basic, but the service is great. Would absolutely recommend this to fellow travellers, and it's within half an hour walking distance of most places tourists would want to go.
