Hotel was perfectly located for us for a couple's getaway. Downtown, but slightly tucked away from the main streets. So many great restaurants located within little walking distance. We didn't use any of the hotel's amenities, but we loved having the option. The lobby also had this wonderful smell just as you entered, and i love the bookshelf.

The breakfast was monotonous and of poor quality. What was inexplicable was thatri our stay (5 days) one of the two lifts was permanently out of order.

Housekeeping wasn’t the best. Had to ask numerous times for towels, toilet paper, face cloths in which one time when asked they brought us rags. One instance our pillow cases were dirty after housekeeping staff had been in, there was what looked to be blood on one, dirt on the others. Had to ask for our room to be cleaned after being gone all day site seeing and coming back in the evening to a room that wasn’t cleaned.

This was a great hotel to stay at and be in the heart of the city. Close to metro stations, good food options, very walkable. The hotel itself was nice and clean, beds were comfortable, no major issues with our room though it did smell a little of cigarette smoke. Staff were all lovely. I did find it challenging that the AC shut off if you turned off the main light. It would be nice to have the room cool when we returned, and this meant leaving on the light when we went out. I was also disappointed with the "children's play area". This is advertised online on your webpage as something that makes your hotel family friendly. It's simply a little table with some (well-used) books in the main lobby, close to the front doors which is challenging with a toddler. That's totally fine, but I think some photos on your website to show parents what to expect would be helpful, because when I hear "play area" I picture something more robust
