I’ve been waiting to write this review, and I must say, my experience was beyond my expectations. What a wonderful location, great view, secure place, and amazing people! I completely fell in love with that hotel. The rooms were luxurious, the food was awesome good internet quality. From the airport to the hotel, I felt welcomed. Despite being a stranger, I met a Receptionist named Melvin—what a positive guy! At check-in, we talked like we had known each other forever. Such a pro! He made sure my stay was memorable by always checking on me, always available, ready to help. Special shoutout to Kassou and Jennifer from Guest Relations—they’re amazing. My stay was short, but I promise I’ll be back soon. I need to visit Assinie and the Banco Forest—my guy Melvin told me about those places. A huge thanks to all the staff; they were truly wonderful!.

Simply superb. True Pullman style, service and attention to detail throughout. Exactly what is expected. Warm and friendly staff and seamless stay. Will be back! A real gem in the Abidjan scene and a great credit to the hospitality of the Ivory Coast.
