Beautiful location in Mauritius to unwind and relax. One negative experience was the housekeeping team left our room one night open for hours whilst we were out attending a wedding on a different venue. Most staff generally welcoming!

Excellet stay. The renovated rooms are great. The 3 Speciality restaurants are offering great food. The beach just great. Taxi service is good. We liked the expresso machine in the room however it's cheap from Sofitel that you have to pay. Also the ordering process is complicated. Would be nice to have Nespresso and not this unconvenient French system. It's difficult to put the coffee bags into the machine. At breakfast we were missing Papaya and Mango. I know the season has just started however othe hotels had them available. Great also that you get a breakfast at 5 AM in the morning. Very friendly night staff. Hotels in Mauritius are very expensive also for a Swiss national. Overall great stay. Hans H. Hans H. Hans H.

Lovely hotel and a perfect holiday. Spacious rooms and comfortable facilities. Really enjoyed the food and the service was great. Highly recommend the teppenyaki, service by Wesley and Noella was great. Beach restaurant was also lovely. Housekeeping were really accommodating with setting the room up for our three year old. Most importantly a big thank you to Pravind, the restaurant manager. He really took care of us and made sure our daughter, who is a bit fussy with food, got everything she needed. Many, many thanks!
