Immy m TripAdvisor review

The hotel is close to the metro so easy to get into the city. However the quality of the room was shocking. The plug sockets and electricity in our first room did not work. Once moved rooms our room key stopped working a total of seven times on our three day stay. The elevator was broken as well.

L'hotel molto curato ed elegante nella hall e in tutti gli spazi comuni. La camera era confortevole e la colazione di buon gusto e completa. Il bagno invece non era all'altezza del resto dell'hotel: una parete era evidentemente degradata dall'umidità e dalla muffa. Le pareti dei sanitari e lavandino erano rattoppate e posticce.

As recepcionistas eram bem cordiais. O quarto estava bem quente, por este motivo tivemos que trocar de quarto. O café da manhã era bem simples. O responsavel do restaurante à noite(20 e 21 de abril) era bem chato. Um serviço nota 4!

Same routine breakfast . not even items which can be changed are repeated.A/C is not fast . Even after setting it to 10 degrees it was too hot . Had to open windows.
