The hotel is well connected to the tram and bus and the underground can be reached easily. The room was clean and service was good.

Too noisy

Not far from city center with a metro station near by. Free parking and friendly staff. However the room are noisy especially the ones in front of the street. We can hear trams, cars, people speaking and screaming at night on the plaza. The room doors are very noisy too.

Pathetic Place. Totally rundown.

Absolutely bad place to stay. Room keys don't work, wifi doesn't work, hair dryer doesn't work. The place is so run down, it doesn't even give a hotel feel, it seems like a hostal. The reception folks are of no help. Not at all Value for Money! Unlike any of the Novotel Hotels.
