Great hotel, Very nice reception staff. Room was very clean, with TV, air conditioning and big bathroom with tub. Bad points was paid parking and the amount paid for late checkout.

The staff at Brainpark are superb, the rooms are comfortable if not luxurious. The food in the restaurant is perfect for my needs and the balance between nutrition and feel good food is spot on. The WIFI signal could be improved but it is free and you can pay for an upgrade but the fees are a bit steep. Overall though a perfect hotel if you are working long term in Rotterdam bear in mind though that you are several km from the centre.

First we were left outside in the cold when we wanted to book a room. Staff at the front desk are not very welcoming. Cash not accepted

I’v booked a nice room with a lot of space and I really enjoyed my stay. Also I had breakfast included which was really good organized by a time schedule. The late check-out till 4pm was great! End result; PERFECT! Would do it again =D

The hotel was perfect, good room, nice bed and shower. I didn't want breakfast so have no experience in that. I was in Rotterdam for study and i need only the hotel for sleep. For that was perfect.

My favorite business hotel in Rotterdam. Haas all features the business visitor expects: fast checkin/checkout , excellent wifi and quite rooms with excellent Tempur matrasses :-) . Even in Covid times the staff do their best to give you a smooth service for breakfast and dinner.

A pleasant stay in the Hotel, after my eye laser surgery. This is the Hotel to go, if you are from far and having refractive surgery at VISUS.

This hotel is great when you are visiting for Erasmus university and even the Centre of Rotterdam. My only major issue was my room was not cleaned, towels, paper cups not replaced - it was irritating to step into an untidy room after a long day of hard work. also, for a 4-star, I would expect earbuds in the bathroom as well.

I was there for a work trip. During check-in, there was only one person at the reception and there was a group of 15 people checking-in at the same time. I had to wait a long time before they all went before me. A second person at the reception would have been nice. I realized that I have booked a single bed, by mistake. I came back to the reception and asked to change the room, the person on the reception said he is not able to dot it for some reason and I can ask his colleague in the morning. But I wasn't gonna unpack and pack again so I just kept the room. However, on a more positive note, amazing breakfast and big rooms and good bathroom.

Previously I stayed at Novotel Eindhoven and, unfortunelly, Brainpark is lower. Quality of service staff reception is not constantly good. In the same day you can encounter different front desk staff ranging from good to almost hilarious.Needs refurbishement in terms of room quality(i.e. carpet).

Mildew spots on the bathtub, I never found in other hotels which I stayed within 20 years. It is unbelievable it happened in 4 stars hotel of Novotel, even I stay in Ibis Munich, a 3 stars hotel which is clean enough. I hope you can clean it and avoid this happen in the future. Others are fine with us. On the other hand, I assume we are a member of Accorplus, so I queue in Priority line, there is no guest in this queue, and one guest in normal check in line, however, after your staff finished to help the guest in normal line, but she didn't come to priority to help me, and continue to serve the normal line guest. I wonder if it is only one line, then you no need to separate priority or normal guest.
