I booked thru the Accor app using my credit card - just as I have done many times over the years. The Accor app showed Reservation Cancelled although the hotel confirmed my reservation when I contacted them. The hotel subsequently called me after check-out saying they are unable to get the connection with my credit card provider. I went back to the hotel and paid. But I have not been awarded the bonus points from this stay. Kindly credit the points.

Nice hotel, comfortable and neat. Third time I’m staying there. Unfortunately this time my room was right next to the elevator which woke me up several times during the night.

Nicely refurbished rooms, not in the city, but close to the metro. Euro 185 for one night is something I have to get used to, I guess..... I still think it is a shocking rate, but it was comparable to the rates of other hotels (even 3*). Nice personnel, good breakfast, so very good.
