Une catastrophe... La chambre : - pas de boisson dans le frigo en chambre - pas d'eau disponible dans la chambre (une bouteille en verre consignée plutôt que de mettre cela sur le dos de la suppression des bouteilles en plastique) - pas de lait pour le café - pas de stock de tisane (plus de verveine) Les services : - pour la boisson de bienvenue, pas possible d'en avoir deux (ce qui a toujours été le cas à titre commercial dans les autres hôtels All) - pas de choix de vin d'Alsace ! pour la boisson de bienvenue - pas de bar à l'hôtel Le petit-déjeuner : - buffet petit-déjeuner assez vide ; tout pourrait y être mais la personne présente était débordée le premier jour ; je dirais même en souffrance, car le lendemain, elle était tout sourire - pas de verre disponible - pas de charcuterie alsacienne - on nous a donné comme excuse "l'hôtel est complet" : dans ce cas, ne louez pas toutes les chambres ! - aucune des préférences All prise en compte (en face de l'ascenseur, donc pas éloignée, pas au calme) et pas de surclassement - pas de toilettes séparées Le personnel : - personnel d'accueil peu accueillant (voire franchement désintéressé du service à la clientèle) - personnel en souffrance (?) lors du petit-déjeuner, débordé et donc fermé

The title says it all. Good location, especially if you are arriving/departing by train and/or are planning on day trips. Close to the center too. Staff is kind and welcoming. But the room? Bad. Really bad. Dirty. Dated. Strange bedding. Just not good. Not 4 star quality. Not even 3 star quality. Surprised Accor and Mercure find this acceptable. It tarnishes their brand in my opinion. I have status with Accor and this simply isn’t worth brand loyalty.
