Nice hotel- good staff- noise from party

The staff were great the hotel nice, good location. We have been before. Southampton busy re the International boat show and 5 ships of 4000 in. But, before the day we were called to advise of a party to 11pm. It was a live Bhangra drum party and very very loud. Yes it did Finnish at 11pm but had a big effect on trying to sleep. At breakfast there was an international coach tour using it, they were in early before 7 am and basically took everything, ie no fruit left assuming they took it for their trip, one coffee and tea machine, long queue and ran out a few times.

we stayed for couple of nights, it`s very nice and clean hotel. My kids really enjoyed swimming and a good choice of breakfast in the morning. I loved how nice and helpful every single member of staff were in that hotel. They go above and beyond. Definitely deserve a big `Thank You`
