Plentiful parking and quiet hotel. Decor is tired and TV small by 21st century standards. Channel selection was poor. Breakfasted outside the hotel as fee was considered excessive. Probably would look at other locations if staying in Southampton again.

Room was clean and comfortable, food in the evening was very good. Staff pleasant and attentive. Good value for money as we parked the car for the duration of a cruise.

I stayed one night travelling to the Isle of Wight. The hotel is in need of a bit of refurbishment and there were a few issues with my room. However I can only thank the hotel team that night for their helpful attitude, problems were sorted out immediately even though the hotel was extremely busy and it was a Sunday. I much appreciated the added touches like fresh fruit in my room. All the staff were very friendly. Nice people - makes a huge difference

2 night stay a warm welcome on arrival stress free check in. ample Parking. Rooms are clean and well aquipt as described. Location is excellent for walking to the city. All and all a good experiance

Stay was unremarkable but easy and pleasant. Beware of the hotel not passing on the carpark charges. We were fined £60. So we in fact paid for the carpark twice. I think this was due to an inexperienced receptionist,but it made for an expensive stay.
