The hotel is convenient to the main station and fair of Frankfurt. With the S-Bahn you are close basically to anything. The room was a standard Novotel quality and everything worked and the staff professional. Nice stay.

The staff and the service were pretty good, but was very disappointed by the dirty toilet and the empty shampoo dispenser in it

Our stay at the Novotel Frankfurt Hotel though short, was pleasant. The front office staff were very friendly and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Although our room wasn’t ready when we arrived prior to check in time, the staff made efforts to try and have it ready soonest possible. The room was a bit of a squeeze for a family of four but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was average with the basic spread of warm and cold food. It’s also nice to see that they take children into consideration by providing games to entertain them in the lobby as well as little welcome gifts.
