Other than the location, the facility is not up to standard and the staff from Novotel who help check-in were unfriendly. The standards of the room are not worth what we paid for our stay.

Our central position allows easy access to many attractions, shopping streets, and local restaurants. However, we regret that you found our facilities not up to standard. Our hotel is located in an ancient medieval building, combining modern design with historical architecture. We continuously work on maintaining and improving our property. Concerning the check-in experience, we apologize for any impression of unfriendliness. Although the reception services have moved to the Novotel hotel opposite us, we strive to maintain our commitment to warm and professional service. Your feedback about value for money is taken seriously, and we will use it to evaluate our offerings and pricing. My kids had to stay in this room it was so dirty

Plus: Great location downtown in Brugge. Beds were comfortable. Minus: Rooms are outdated. Only one powerplug in the whole room. There was no pride taken into cleaning the room, slightly dusty and dead musquito on wall. Heater was on 29c when we entered the room...
