A comfortable stay. Well located, very close to the main square, with friendly staff and is reasonably priced.

Our proximity to the Grand Place, just a 2-minute walk away, allows our guests to easily explore the heart of Brussels. It's also great to hear that you found our team members welcoming – we take pride in our multilingual staff who are always ready to assist our guests in various languages. We're pleased that you found our booking process easy and quick. As an Accor ALL member with Classic status, we hope you were able to take advantage of some of the benefits, such as early check-in from 14:00 when available. Our recently renovated rooms, complete with the Sweet Bed by ibis introduced in 2019, are designed to ensure a restful night's sleep for all our guests. Very well located hotel in C Brussels close to Grand Place, Galeries St Hubert, the Cathedral and Gare Centrale. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and the hotel has a nice bar which is very welcome if you arrive late in the evening after a long journey.

We are truly pleased that our central location in Brussels provided convenience during your stay, offering easy access to popular attractions such as the Grand Place and the Galeries St Hubert, and the proximity to Gare Centrale. However, we regret to hear that the booking process did not provide the flexibility you were expecting. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as accommodating as possible within the constraints of managing our room inventory. It does seem that there was a missed opportunity to recognize your status as an ALL – Accor Live Limitless Classic member, and we sincerely apologize for any oversight in this regard. Furthermore, we understand that the room size and window dimensions did not entirely meet your expectations. While our room offerings vary, we aim to provide accurate descriptions to assist our guests in selecting the best option for their needs. Nonetheless, it is rewarding to know that you found our team to be extremely friendly and helpful, and that you were able to enjoy the welcoming atmosphere of our hotel bar. The bar, with a selection of refreshing drinks and a range of Belgian beers, is indeed a perfect place to unwind after a day of travel or exploring the city.
