We are delighted that the size of our rooms and the convenience of our location met your expectations, contributing positively to your time in Bruges. However, we regret to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not fully meet your standards. We understand the importance of adequate storage and we are taking your comments into consideration for future improvements. Our towels are selected with guest comfort in mind, and we apologize if they did not meet your preference. Regarding our breakfast offerings, we strive to cater to a variety of tastes and we are sorry to hear that the egg selection did not include your preferred style. We truly value your input as it helps us to enhance our services and guest experience. Nonetheless, we hope that the prime location of Novotel Brugge Centrum, within walking distance of Bruges’ central Market Square and numerous attractions, enhanced your visit to our historic city. It is also gratifying to know that the staff made a great impression on you and that the room upgrade added to the enjoyment of your stay. However, we apologize for the oversight regarding your ALL Diamond member status upon arrival; this recognition is of utmost importance to us. Regarding your dining experience at Novo-me, we regret that the fish and chips did not meet your expectations, and we understand the importance of every dish being prepared to the highest standard. Additionally, we acknowledge your feedback on the bar's ambiance and will consider ways to enhance the atmosphere for a more enjoyable experience.
