Nice hotel, nearby the old part of the city. Good facilities and charming staff.. May need a renewal inside the rooms, but other than that this hotel is very good. Because of Covid we could use all the facilities of this hotel

We were only staying one night in Bruges and wanted to make the most of our time. We arrived a few hours before our check-in time and to our surprise, one of our rooms was ready! So it was great to be able to set aside our luggage and take a breath. The rooms were quite big and comfortable. Only bother was I couldn't figure out how to manage the temperature, so the room was quite warm. After our check-out, the concierge held our luggage in a locked room so we could enjoy our last few hours! Just what we needed.

Your friendly, professional staff and ideal location in Bruges make this an overall positive review. The common area and breakfast areas are also totally acceptable. The only unfortunate item is that certain rooms are in serious need of having their carpet replaced. We stayed in Room 304 and our friends in 302, the carpet was simply unacceptable for a hotel of this level and price. We understand the "Pet" rooms may have minor damages left by previous guests but the carpet in these rooms is terrible and should be replaced, perhaps with some type of vinyl or tile flooring so that future stains are not a problem? We stay regularly in Novotel "Pet" rooms and this is the first time this has been an issue. The price for the room is quite high, the overall appearance of the room should reflect the price being paid.

Location was perfect. However, the room was not up to expectations. Money paid much higher than it worths.

The location is great: right next to the city center in a noiseless area. The hotel is fine, but it clearly lacks a good manager with attention to detail. Examples: 1 - I had to take my own garbage to the front desk 2 - Some items on breakfast disappear from day to day. Poor inventory planning. 3 - Temperature control for the shower is not working well. It gets cold, hot, cold, hot... Quite annoying. 4 - The room has some plastic crappy glasses, a few were broken...

The staff are friendly. The room did not feel clean. The carpet and sofa in room 220 had stains so it felt uncomfortable to be in the room.

Well located..an old hotel

The hotel is very well located just at a few minutes walk from the center. However, it needs some refreshments. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room is small. It is also very hot inside. When we contacted front desk he said since it is cold outside, the AC doesnt work, which was really not very comfortable. Overall was ok since it was only 2 nights..but not the best option.

The worst hotel l have ever been it should be one star hotel, the didn't accept to clean our room (we stayed 2 nights) they said du to Corona 🤔 breakfast very limited and pricy. Room is very small. Just location is very good

Very nice hotel with perfect location in (close to everything by foot). The parking place is just few meters from the hotel The room was very nice, spacious and clean with big comfy bad. The staff was excellent and very helpfull.

Hotel located at convenient place close to city center. Due to some roadworks it was a tricky way to drive before you arrived at correct place, parking close by as well. Room ok, breakfast limited to a breakfast bag due to Covid19, but anyhow ok and price reduced.

Friendly reception, rooms well cleaned considering Corona, Excellent beds and a comfortable couch, great showers, and the location near a parking garage in the historic centre of Bruges is highly convenient.
