First time novotel customer.. excellent all round with a fantastic breakfast.. issues with check in.. Our family room wasn’t available until 4pm despite an advertised 3pm check-in… not great when you have 2 tired children and a mountain of luggage.. other families faced the same issue.. left a bad initial impressions as families waited patiently in reception while other customers in standard rooms check-in…
