Poor organisation, TV not working and took over a day to sort in what is effectively a new hotel

TV stopped working, reported to reception but not offered any alternative, i.e. another room. The breakfast was not well organised with the maitre d kept disappearing, tables not cleared when vacated, boxes of tea not replenished, all croissants/pain raisin were burnt. We opted not to have the room cleaned, left note on door only to find that the chambermaid attempted to come in whilst we were in the bathroom! Not sure how we will get the bonus points for not having room cleaned.

Great location, secure parking, modern/newly renovated and priced very well. Bar/Restaurant reasonably priced and good selection. City center is right there and staff were lovely. Only little thing would be that the Aircon was a little intermittent.
