The location of the hotel is very, very good for those who plan to shop. The hotel is within walking distance of Siam Paragon, MBK Shopping Center, and CentralWorld. The hotel room was a bit small. The hotel cleanliness needs to be improved. I didn't really like the hotel breakfast, especially since it was very busy in the mornings. The smell of frying eggs filled the breakfast area. Although the hotel gym has a lot of equipment, it has a depressing atmosphere and I didn't like working out in that space. Overall, the hotel is very suitable for staying in Bangkok if you only plan to shop. At night, from 10 pm onwards, the hotel is completely silent.

Will come back everytime in BKK

Returning guest to Novotel Siam, almost monthly or bi-monthly. Best location ever, staffs are very attentive friendly, heads up to Ger, Mint, Pae serving lovingly always! Best place to stay if you are new to Bangkok, centralised to everything and minutes to train station 🦾🦾

Stay with comfort and excellent service by all staff especially for those who incharge at Reception and parking area. Warm welcome from every staff. Room was spacious fresh clean and tidy. The takeaway from every stay in a hotel away from home is the people. Novotel Siam Square has never failed me from my 15 years stay here, on and off. I have stayed in many Accor and non-Accor related hotels in my travels within Bangkok and this hotel is definitely at the top of my list. The rooms are newly renovated with a chick modern decor which you will not find in other Novotels. The location is without a doubt a highlight, located next to the BTS station and opposite the magnificent Siam Paragon. Shopping is literally steps away. I shout out to Staff Ms. Ger and Ms. Proud that took care of me during my stay. If you have the opportunity to be served by them, they will not disappoint you. Their attention to detail and sensitive manner ensures that your stay will be comfortable.
