Our first stay at Novotel Bangkok Siam Square exceeded all of our expectations, largely due to the outstanding hospitality of the management team! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, Potae, the manager, gave us a warm, attentive welcome that made us feel right at home and truly valued as first-time guests. Throughout our stay, Potae went above and beyond to ensure every detail was comfortable and seamless. His genuine warmth, professionalism, and dedication to guest satisfaction set a remarkable standard for customer service and made our visit truly memorable. We were equally impressed by the restaurant manager, Krittiphong. Krittiphong greeted us with such a warm welcome and extended incredible hospitality that elevated our meals and made us feel so well cared for. Between the prime location and the stellar care provided by Potae and Krittiphong, this stay was a highlight of our trip. Thank you both for making our first visit so special—we cannot wait to return!

We came with a a mixed feelings as it was just after the floods in Bangkok but the hotel staff made sure our arrival was very pleasant and welcoming, the flexibility of arranging the early check IN was totally appreciated. Thereafter, each day was well spent and friendly staff, clean facilities made our stay very enjoyable and well spent 05 daya

Stay was comfortable but in Television you are not providing all the sports channel along with Novotel as a brand you should be better with Indian Breakfast and others

Great location, but a few things could be better Stayed at Novotel Siam and the location is definitely one of the biggest plus points. It’s right in a great area with plenty of shopping, restaurants and food options nearby, so it’s very convenient for both business and leisure stays. As a Platinum Plus ALL member, check-in and check-out were really fast and smooth. I was also given a room on a high floor, which was nice, although unfortunately the view wasn’t anything special. The room was comfortable, but I did notice there weren’t any complimentary snacks or drinks, apart from the usual drinking water and the welcome fruits provided on the first day. As an ALL member, I always appreciate the little personal touches, especially the handwritten welcome notes or small surprises that make you feel recognised. I was a little surprised that there wasn’t anything like that during this stay. The lounge was also under renovation during my visit, so the service had been moved to the 1st floor. The staff were friendly and service was good overall, although the temporary setup was a little noisy. Overall, I’d still recommend the hotel mainly for its excellent location, convenient shopping and food options, and efficient service. Hopefully, once the lounge renovation is completed, the overall experience will be even better.

Highly recommended for travelers value convenience as location is great and rooms are cozy and comfortable enough for the price. This is my 3rd time staying and will definitely return again for my next travel to Bangkok!
