However, we regret to hear that you were disturbed by noise during your stay. Our central location does mean that urban activities may sometimes be heard, despite our soundproofing measures. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Additionally, we understand the importance of having a room ready upon arrival, and while we strive to accommodate such requests, they are indeed subject to availability. Please know that our team is continually seeking ways to ensure our guests feel comfortable and well-cared for during their time with us.
