All good clean comfortable of good standard. Quoted 154 online but with added local tax and car park it was 188 when I paid as I left. I feel this is deceptive! Car park should be free. It does not cost Accor 9 euro to park in their car park. That sucks!

A good hotel close to the airport on the ring road yet very quiet. The food at Dinner was both generous in the size of portion and also in quality. Breakfast was extremely good too. Would certainly stay there again if we were travelling through that part of Holland

Have stayed many times at this Hotel and have always found Staff at Reception and Breakfast Staff to be extremely pleasant and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable even in the hot weather. Breakfast selection excellent and plentiful.

On the reserved arrival date, the hotel informed me unavailability of the room which was reserved and paid. Arbitrarily assigned to one of the two not as good hotels, leaving customer no choice and being forced pay the same price. I had to pay more on taxi and experienced inconvenience in location. Will not use Novotel in the future.

Novotel Airport is good and nice hotel location at EIN airport. It is 5 minutes by taxi (10 EUR). Hotel staff is willing to support your needs. Swimming pool is there as well! Breakfast with great assortment. But to visit the city centre you should walk 500 meters to approach the nearest bus stop. Either to use your car.

Very Good Structure, Very Good Service, Friendly personnel, very comfortable stay in general terms. Rooms with tipical furnitures of Novotel (which I personally like), everything working and well maintened. Perfect location for travelling or for in-between stops: along the main-road/motorway and short distance from the Airport. Only negative: if you like walking around, neighbourood doesn't offer many possibilities.

The room itself was fine as we only needed it for a few hours as our flight left really early the next morning. Welcome drinks as we checked in online. Reception was fine and booked us a taxi without problem. The bar was good and reasonably priced, although the service left something to be desire. Overall ok for an airport hotel.

Calisanlari cok guler yuzlu otelin yeri de iseal. Fakat eski olusundanmidir bilemem oda inanilmaz pisti. Yanimda fazla olan tshirtumu cikarip yastiga serdim ve cok huzursuz bir gece gecirdim. Odadaki kucuk sehpagi ben islak medille temizledim, onceden konaklahanin biraktigi izler duruyordu. Tuvaletin ici sapsari. Dusa giremedim bile. Sonic olarak hayli memnuniyetsiz ve torgun ayrildim.

price/quality ok. lot of space in the rooms. food is reasonable. location is very practical if you have to take an early flight next day. direct reservations at the hotel is possible. parking is good and safe

This hotel has very friendly atmoshphere, simple but nice and clear room / bathroom. Polite. helpful and fast reacting staff. Location is very good - close to the airport and not so far from the city. Although accessibility is hard by public transport (haven't seen stop nearby and saw no bus at the airport) and taxi as well, not even 1 taxi approached the taxi stand at the airport for long time (finally had to walk - cca. 15 min.). Very nice restaurant and bar with good choice of foods and drinks ! Also friendly restaurant / bar staff.

Good, friendly and helpful personnel. Location great for travelers with cars but not with public transportation. Dinner was great but breakfast on Sunday was chaotic because of less staff, good area of improvement.

They cancelled my colleagues room when we tried to check in 10:30pm. Apparently, they sent an email at 9:00pm changing her stay to another hotel property 15kms away. It is very evident that they had the room till 9pm and gave it away. If you are traveling to this hotel, make sure you check in or your room will be given away in spite of having a valid reservation.

This is a very large hotel, near the airport and far from the city center, so do expect what it is for - one night stop over in Eindhoven. And, for that, it's very good. Plus it has a nice garden and swimming pool. The parking is not too expensive (6€/day), the restaurant is acceptable, which is good because there are no options near. As usual at Novotel, large, clean, functional and comfortable rooms. Nice price level for Holland. Friendly staff. The breakfast was expensive, so I haven't tried it.

The hotel is located very close to the airport. There is no close stop of the public transport close to the hotel which is minus but instead of taking a taxi you can walk from the airport to the hotel - up to me about 10 min by using the route for the bicycles. If you arrive at the train/bus station you can take bus 400 or 401 which goes to the airport and from there as I said is 10 min max. The hotel itself is a bit old - feels like end of 80's or early 90's. Otherwise have beautiful garden and acceptable rooms and bathrooms \the closet is separated from the shower). Price is a bit high for such hotel.

If you are member of the program ACCORHOTEL Beware !! This is the first place where my pioints took on my account one month before my trip didn't appear on my invoice. At the end we solved the issue but the manager had to be involved. It was not my intention to fight during my holiday. The hotel the restaurant and the people are nice. Probably training must but done on accor programs.
