nie rozumiem, dlaczego cena przy rezerwacji przez booking.com była niższa niż oferowana bezpośrednio przez hotel w ramach programu lojalnościowego. próbowałem zrobić rezerwację przez stronę accor, lecz nie akceptowała ona żadnej z posiadanych przeze mnie kart kredytowych (strona booking.com zaakceptowała tą kartę)

Hotel wymaga reanowacji

Though I am very sorry that we did not service your room correctly, I do hope that you spoke to my team about this when you were here. The hotel was easy to find and the fact it's outside of Eindhoven has its advantages. The breakfast, however expensive, was super, although we did wait half an hour to get bacon (but that's just me being too spoilt!). The day shift staff was very professional and nice, but we had to wait a little bit at night to get into the hotel as the doors were closed by the night shift. All in all, everything from the quality of the bedroom to the quite nice area were very worthwhile. Highly recommend.

Good for one night. Service below expectations. Air conditionning shut down. Internet very slow. Room service though was almost perfect, fast and nice food... cuttelery did not come together with the food. Might return but just because I have a preference for Accor Hotels otherwise would choose another hotel next to the airport.

Nie przyjemna obsługa w recepcji. Brak zaangażowania, uprzejmości i zainteresowania. W czasie mojego pobytu w Hadze w Państwa hotelu, podejdzie było 100% lepsze. Czułam się wspaniale.

Hotel wypada blado w porównaniu do innych z tej samej sieci, nawet 3gwiazdkowych. Przez cały pobyt śniadanie było dokładnie takie samo, znacznie poniżej różnorodności dostępnej w innych hotelach. Przez cały pobyt ani raz nie posprzątano klatki schodowej ( było brudno i zapach pozostawiał wiele do życzenia). Obsługa (w szczególności w barze) niezbyt przyjemna. Pokój w porządku. Na plus, basen przed hotelem.

We arrived quite late to the hotel having pre booked for a family of 4. The room wasn’t particularly clean, the shower and toilet both needed a good scrub and there were eyelashes all around the sink. The kids bed wasn’t made up and they had only provided 1 pillow for the bed. They had also only provided 1 bottle of water for 4 people. The toilet light was also broken which meant you had to leave the door open, this caused my son to bang his head quite severely on the door knob. I would expect better from the Novotel brand.

All good clean comfortable of good standard. Quoted 154 online but with added local tax and car park it was 188 when I paid as I left. I feel this is deceptive! Car park should be free. It does not cost Accor 9 euro to park in their car park. That sucks!

A good hotel close to the airport on the ring road yet very quiet. The food at Dinner was both generous in the size of portion and also in quality. Breakfast was extremely good too. Would certainly stay there again if we were travelling through that part of Holland

Have stayed many times at this Hotel and have always found Staff at Reception and Breakfast Staff to be extremely pleasant and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable even in the hot weather. Breakfast selection excellent and plentiful.

On the reserved arrival date, the hotel informed me unavailability of the room which was reserved and paid. Arbitrarily assigned to one of the two not as good hotels, leaving customer no choice and being forced pay the same price. I had to pay more on taxi and experienced inconvenience in location. Will not use Novotel in the future.
