Friendly staff, failed air-conditioning, strange smells

Hm Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, but the air conditioning system failed on our first night (due to the heat according to staff) and was ineffective thereafter. The halls smelt stale with a faint hint of sewage. I see that the outside of the hotel has been re-clad, but the rooms and hallways really need an upgrade.
