Overall rather bad experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Avocados at breakfast definitely a plus. Ok bar and restaurant furniture. Overall hotel impression like a train station. No real eggs at breakfast. Very grim and claustrophobic garage. Old and worn rooms and aisles. Room size is a plus.

All customer service was attentive and super helpful from arrival to departure. Exterior renovations caused minor inconvenience, and the end result will be beneficial. Our only concern is the air conditioning, which offers minimum means of control.

We accept the hotel is under restoration so I hope some of the rooms are as well. Room 412 could do with the carpet either being renewed or well cleaned as there were several marked areas and stains. Lovely to have tea/coffee facility if only the tea/coffee was replenished daily. This would only cost the hotel a few pence.

We had a pleasant stay in Nimes. The only problem we had with the hotel was that the noise during the working day was very loud with scaffolding being built and drilling of walls, I understand that this work has to take place, but we should have been told at the time of booking.
