Everything went good, no issues, Room was clean, staff was great. No issues during stay Recognition for platinum status was good - Given Free parking on site, Could be improved is E-Car charging on site :)

We had an excellent stay here for three nights while visiting Salzburg. The room was great (thank you for the upgrade) and all the staff were wonderful. Walking distance from both the train station and city centre. The Buffet Breakfast was a highlight also.

Stayed in this hotel recently. I liked the location - 10-12 min walk from the main touristy area which is nice. Good property with clean rooms and ample parking space. The staff at the reception were super freindly.

From the moment we walked in we were made to feel valued and welcomed. Upgrade was offered and room was excellent - clean, all amenities needed and mini bar. Lots of special touches as they noticed it was my birthday- free drinks voucher, birthday cake. Breakfast excellent. Staff v friendly and nothing too much trouble. Would recommend and definitely stay again.
