The room was very small fior 2 people and we could smell the drains. There was no orange juice and the cold selection was limited at breakfast but the cooked option was very good. Staff helpful and friendly.

Hotel staff friendly. Room clean all good Cafe Rouge Breakfast was nice (is joined to hotel and they provide the breakfasts) but staff appalling. When we got there the chap just pointed at two menus … one vegetarian and one not and asked us which one. When we chose he walked away giving in no options. Brought the plates to the table and put them down in front of us without saying a word. Reminded me of Fawlty Towers. Unfortunately, the service at Cafe Rouge would put me off staying at this hotel again !

We booked in November 2022 and had to request rooms on same floor on arrival and was told it was difficult but very helpful guy did it. Our family room 228 was much too small - you could not walk up side of the bed and no bedside tables, only 1 plug by bed - extension in window by single camp bed Double bed uncomfortable and you had to climb on from.bottom or contort your legs to waddle sideways on one side Single bed was like a camp bed squeaky n very very uncomfortable keeping everyone awake as guest so uncomfortable kept moving. Only 2 cups for drinks supplied .
