The bed was broken i still have a backache and we stayed there a week ago no complementary water in the room and even though it says 24/7 room service when i called no one was there to answer even at reception, couldnt leave my baby in the room sleeping to leave the room. Would never stay here again

Great check in experience. Requested an extra pillow, it was at reception when we arrived back at hotel. Perfect location. Simple,basic room which was clean and comfortable. Will definitely return.

I felt totally safe staying in your hotel. I was warmly welcomed and was given everything I needed whenever I asked. My room was quiet clean and comfortable. Masks were required in all public places, and having the cafe next door for breakfast was perfect. Great location for the Maritime Museum, the Queen's House museum, the Cutty Sark and the tunnel under the Thames. Easy to reach on DLR.

Booked a "brand new refurbished room" which was perfectly adequate. However, the carpet was badly stained with bleach and the bathroom could have been cleaner and the towels felt like cardboard. Also, the window frame was very dirty. Due to the Covid curfew we wanted to watch TV in the later part of the evening but could only get a few random channels. Got BBC 1 and 2 but no ITV, Channel 4/5 or Drama, etc. Even some the music channels didn't correspond to the advertised. The staff we met were very cheerful, helpful and pleasant, so I would consider staying here again. The location is very convenient for transport and the attractions.

I originally booked two twin beds and got one. I had to go to a reception and change it. The room was very small. The tv didn’t work. I had to call for a toilet paper. The location, however, was very good and the staff was very accommodating and helpful.

the ibis is extremely well situated in the centre of Greenwich and the staff and service was excellent, there is private parking behind the hotel and its just a short stroll into the heart of Greenwich. The room was perfectly adequate for an overnight stay.

Great location, friendly staff, good sized room, clean and comfortable. Despite overlooking a busy road, we were not disturbed at all. Only observation was that the carpet was stained near the bathroom door, but this is being addressed.

Excellent service and staff, superb location, amenities basic but of good quality, comfortable bed and an excellent price. Fine full English breakfast at the co-located Café Rouge. I will certainly be staying at the IBIS again and would recommend it to anyone.
