The hotel facilities were very nice, specifically the restaurant and bar area. The room was also as expected. I reserved the room thru their website, selected an early arrival, and prepaid for the room. Early checkin was selected due to the expectation of disembarking from our river cruise locally at 9 am. Our arrival was delayed due to rain and we arrived at 12:00 hrs. The attendant mentioned removing the early checking but then due to it being prepaid said there was no way to do so. Lesson learned...

My reservation was lost ( made the day before), many items unavailable from the resraurant menu (limited choice), prices have risen unacceptably for the service received.

Great location just opposite the Airport. Staff, particularly at breakfast, were friendly and welcoming. Room was refurbished and was nice. Despite being next to the lifts I wasn't disturbed.
