I enjoy the hotel, room is comfortable, breakfast is excellent. However, I notice some degradation, probably due to aging, that has not been addressed: - Restaurant menu is not regularly updated, always the same dishes - My shower didn't allow me to regulate temperature, it was slightly too hot. - None of the minibars refrigerate anything, yet they are always on, wasting energy - Wifi is not reliable, I had problems with video conferences I intend to continue using the hotel, even because of the very convenient location. However, I call your attention to these details, in order to encourage improvements, Best regards, Nuno B.

The room need a refresh. It stank. I have had to keep the windows open to get some fresh air

Will never stay with Mercure ever again. I had the most rude check in clerk EVER. I'm still upset about it. Also, the room was slightly shockingly too hot. The air conditioning DID NOT WORK. the duvet was EXCEPTIONALLY warm. I had the worst sleep I've ever had in a hotel anywhere in the world.

- Room which is called Gym can hardly call gym :( i) Lack of equipement. ii) Equipment which is there does not allow to have proper workout (gym is boring in general - that room makes gym even more boring). - Selection for the breakfast is poor. i) Lack of "hot" food. ii) Eggs were never properly boiled - it was impossible to peel an egg. iii) If there are a bit more people, waiting for coffee occupies total time available for breakfast. - In room lighting is "depressing". I wanted to work in second part of the day - there was no proper light: main light is enough only till the entrance, all standing lamps (on the table or on the floor) do not give enough light for working with laptop.

The room was freezing cold, I rang front desk to inform them . I was sent a blow heater up . I expected a room change but was not offered that option. The use of blow heaters would in my opinion be a fire hazard especially if left in prolonged time .

rooms were ok, but best experience was with the staff. I felt very sick that day and one lady from the staff even gave me the medicine she had in her personal bag, really very nice and supportive.

Very friendly staff. However the room was very cold and though I asked the staff this was not fixed during the two nights if my stay. Long waiting time in the hotel bar before I was served.

The rooms are outdated and musty smelling, and the hotel is overpriced for what it has to offer.

The Mercure Bru airport (15 min away) is in the middle of nowhere in quite a depressing area. There is nothing around, except for a crappy Italian restaurant (I Goloso). The staff were very friendly. The bar is more of a waiting room. There is no restaurant. The pictures on ALL look very nice and are quite misleading.

As a regular visitor I am very satisfied with the hotel facilities and services. Small discomfort was during this particular stay that the room was very warm when I arrived (about 24 degrees Celsius, mid December and about 10 degrees outside) and did not cool off despite open window or air conditioning. I'm used to my sleeping room at about 18 degrees maximum and woke up often due to the high temperature.

Very good stay. Problem at check-in. An authorisation was taken for 100 euros even though I'm platinum. We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant with a very efficient waiter. Despite the card authorisation having been taken, I was told that the bill could not be signed on my room. We went with the waiter to the reception area and fortunately there was a new receptionist who sorted out the problem Other minor lapse. There was no Breakfast tea at breakfast. However the staff member got some for me from housekeeping. Otherwise, everything was fine and the suite very comfortable.

The rooms are proper. 1 small bottle of water is missing in the fridge. The breakfast is poor, coffee machine not working.

The stay was ok. There was no major drawbacks but there are some things which may be improved. The rooms ware clean but they are too dark, even with all the lights switched on. In addition, the shower water on the 3rd floor could be warmer (tap water was warm enough).
