great staff, very flexible, efficient and smiling. Perfect
Friendly staff but in need of an improvement in the level of cleanliness.

The receptionists were friendly and courteous, the room was large and spacious. There was no cotton in the bathroom, in order to flush the water in the toilet you have to lower the toilet lid so that there is access to the button, around the lid on the wall in the bathroom there are small hairs and nail polish that has dried on the floor. On the table in the room was a sign of a mug. In conclusion, the location is excellent for those who need to get to the Austerlitz train station, a friendly staff but in need of an improvement in the level of cleanliness.
No internet (unable to work)

The hotel did not have internet (on the day we visited) and I had to use personal data in order to work (was travelling for a work trip). Additionally, due to the lack of internet, we could not even use the elevator (we had to ask each time one staff member to take us up to our room and open the door). This lasted 24 hours (for the totality of our stay). The room did not have coffee (only two sachets of tea).
Served the purpose

Clear room, comfortable bed, good wifi, practical desk space for work. No frills but all basics there and staff pleasant and efficient enough. Surprised dinner was just pre-pared and re-heated items, but overall fine.
Well located, good bed, quiet

I had a quiet and comfortable night in the Mercure Paris Bercy Bibliothèque. The room was adequate in size with a decent chair to sit on. The desk isn't usable for work, so I used my laptop sitting in the chair. The Mercure purple is used in the lighting, which is a nice touch. Breakfast was ok.
