Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms for a good nights sleep. Handy for Union Station which was good for us as we arrived and departed Toronto by rail. 5 minute Uber to CN Tower and Rogers Centre Stadium Would stay here again without hesitation.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Novotel Toronto Centre. It is conveniently located downtown near plenty of restaurants and attractions, including the St. Lawrence Market. The rooms are spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. There was an alarm that off in the middle of the night due to a trash can fire behind the hotel; however, the staff were very responsive to this situation, providing the necessary actions and communication.

I’m currently writing this review from within the walls of this hotel. Located in the heart of Toronto this hotel is an exceptional choice for a stay in Toronto. Centrally located you have walking access to many of the events and venues downtown has to offer. Small market next door is convenient for anything you may have forgotten and there are numerous dining options right outside the front door of the hotel. From the outside the hotel is stunning and that continues into the lobby. It’s bright and open and thoughtfully decorated to feel like you’re in a more luxurious space. Front desk staff is extremely polite and the gentleman housekeeper I passed in the hall was smiling and said hello which is very telling. The room itself is a bit smaller compared to similarly priced hotels in downtown Toronto but if you’re using your hotel room as a hotel room and not a convention centre you’re probably going to be okay. The bed was comfortable and the room was recently updated to be bright and open despite the small window and lack of natural light. Bathroom was huge with tonnes of counter space and a stand up shower with a removable shower head which in my books is always a clincher. Everything was impeccably clean and the hotel itself is very quiet despite being on busy street right in the middle of downtown. I honestly usually book elsewhere when I’m downtown and was put up in this hotel by one of the manufacturers I deal with and could absolutely see myself staying here again for personal travel. I believe this hotel is more than worth your consideration if you’re in need of a stay in downtown Toronto.

It was a great location, we enjoyed the restaurants and pubs in the area alon with the St Lawrence Market. Also it's in walking distance to the Hockey Hall of Fame and the Scotia Arena.
