Pet Friendly But Beware

We were traveling for a medical appointment. The room was nice and the beds are comfortable. No coffee maker in room. If you are traveling with a pet be ready with an additional $300 at check-in. We were also surprised by the parking which was an additional $112 for our 4 day stay.

I go to this Hotel often for family medical reasons and I am never disappointed. I can't wait for their food service to open because it is wonderful. This hotel is very close to Sequoia Hospital and to the San Francisco Airport

Beautiful hotel, room, beds, ambience ! Housekeeper woke us up 3 times, knocking the door persistently at 9am, Then again at 12pm even though the FD agent on c/i was notified about our 1pm departure and ok'ed it... On c/o Sana (if I am not mistaken) was friendly and apologized for early disturbance of our sleep. She waved our parking fee, which was very nice of her! Thank you, great service! we will came back to pullman next time we visit san francisco in september

Not very honest. Beware. Used some Accor points in part payment, points deducted from my account months ago. On checking out, the value of the points was debited to my credit card After arguing with the very indifferent front desk clerk, the manager finally intervened to resolve A week after our stay, still no Accor points credited All Accor hotels in the USA claim they have system problems. Strange that the problems always work in their favour

I went to the pullman resort in redwood city for the first time last week, although my stay was only overnight I know I made an excellent selection when choosing the pullman. The view from my room was amazing, the bed very comfortable, and the hot bubble bath I took in the tub was wonderful, I kicked back in the comfy robe and enjoyed the moment all night long, and the staff was great the condition of my room and the property I give five stars .

as a frequent user of the Redwood Shores Pullman we had expectations of a wonderful experience similar to that we had in the summer. unfortunately some small but significant issues took the trip level to 4 star.Specifically the associate who checked us in was not fully engaged with us, she was clearly preoccupied and the initial greeting to the hotel was tepid. At 11.00pm on Friday night we were awakened by loud knocking on our door and several people were trying to use door keys to enter the room. I challenged what they wanted and received verbal abuse from a female , I told hem I would call for assistance but they ran down the corridor as I watched through the door eye lens. This incident was very upsetting to my wife and me. Our Sunday departure was less than pleasant, there was no assistance to help load our vehicle with the heavy suit cases, just a small example of the less than stellar assistance we are used to when staying at the Pullman.

Great hotel, terrible service

The hotel itself is great, the rooms are clean & updated, the views are great and the beds are very comfortable. However, the service is terrible and non existent. When we checked in, there was no valet service and when we left for dinner again, no valet. We had to wait in the check in line for over 15 minutes causing us to be late (the service desk woman got our car and not valet). We decided to use the parking garage when we got back and of course, the ticket system doesn't work or let us in and was the same when we tried to leave. Went to the restaurant and same thing, no one gave us our check or asked if we needed anything else, but they passed by us multiple times. The tv didn't work the entire stay and maintenance couldn't figure out how to fix it. Also, no mention of the large holding fee when we check in.

Comfortable hotel in business park area by the sea.

Nice hotel with all the amenities. We got upgraded to top floor with sea view. The room was spacious and the king size bed comfortable. We also got welcome drinks at the lobby bar served by a friendly bartender who let us freely choose what we wanted. The hotel restaurant menu did not suit us so we opted to drive to a deli and have a room picnic instead. There were no restaurants or cafes in this business park neighborhood.

LCA Member is a troublesome guest

I spent less than a day in this hotel but I have no nice memories. Eg. 1. LCA membership, except for the welcome drink, is not honored; 2. lack of communication (the hotel does not respond to emails before arrival, comments submitted at the reception remain uninterested and unanswered; 3. in an empty restaurant it is not possible to choose a table (almost all are supposedly reserved); 4. cleaners from 8 am knock on the door every half hour asking "when the room will be abandoned" It is enough for this several hours of demand.

The worst experience of Accor Hotels I've ever had

Self parking option is not made clear nor transparent to customer upon arrival, approaching me as if there was only a valet parking choice was a rip-offs. I booked the room inc. ABF prepaid via accorhotels.com but the hotel didn't have ABF info. I ended up with awkward conversation with restaurant reception every morning I stayed. No attempt to fix.

I had never stayed at the hotel and enjoyed the experience. Only caveat that I do is that I found the carton of restaurant options for fine dining limited. The hotel is beautiful, great parking, has hourly airport shuttle service

I was disappointed with the parking fee I had to pay for being a Platinum member. I would expect better service and more amenities being a Platinum member. I spend a lot of money throughout the year and have to pay for parking was very disappointing.

Great Hotel, love the updates. View of the water from our room was beautiful. Smooth check-in, check-out. Valet service was fast in bringing us the car. Food at the party was awesome, dessert was delicious, wait staff was phenomenal.

Nice facility and location with declining service. They used to have USA Today newspapers available for guests but they discontinued and were snippy when I asked where they were. Wait staff was too busy chatting with each other to properly tend to their customers in the restaurant. It used to be a Sofitel and the service and food was first rate. Really went downhill when it converted to the Pullman brand. Not many good choices for upper tier hotels in this area so, unfortunately they will probably not loose too much business.

Pullman? Nice property

We had a nice evening at the Pullman. Pros: The front desk was kind and respectful The grounds are front row to a view of the bay and Oracle mega complex in the distance. The rooms are beautiful for the price. Keurig in the room was fantastic. The Cons: The foreigners that arrived at 1:30 in the morning had no respect for keeping quiet. They let there doors slam every time they went in out of there rooms. Which was many times.

The baar and restaurant need a dose of professionalism. The bar is chaotic. The people there fail to greet you and come over to ask what you want. They look at you, fail to acknowledge and move on to something else. I know they're busy but as a former bartender I felt their professionalism was lacking. I was there for 3 nights and have that much experience to go by. One night they lost my food order.

Great location for my local client and the setting along with attnetion to guest experience and good quality food, make for an enjoyable stay. WiFi works - the gym is good, could be larger to accomodate a few more of us and it would be really great if there was a shuttle to take us to the local businesses in the area.

Great hotel, some staff problems

I stayed here with my partner and the hotel / room was very comfortable and nice. We were excited to return; however, as we were checking out, we were sitting down at a table in the lobby and rudely approached by an employee to "leave" since apparently it was part of the lobby dining area. This was about 9 am on the 23rd of February. We were merely resting out bags. The employee was extremely rude, enough to turn us off to the hotel.

The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable but when I woke up in the morning I stepped in a puddle of wet carpet there’s a smell coming from the room the night before like a mildew smell but I thought I was nothing I thought I was probably just cleaning supply from the room but notice in the morning that the carpets were soaking wet I notify the hotel via telephone and when I went to check out nothing was said to meSo I talk to the manager and explain what happened and basically they apologize to me but was never offer Anything/or Compte .....

Stayed at the Pullman for 5 nights while visiting my daughter for Christmas in San Fran. I was so pleasantly surprised that the property was so well maintained and centrally located. Room was quite large and housekeeping staff was spot on. Will be back here again!!
