The staff was great. The room, cleanliness, service, everything was excellent. But I made the mistake of ordering breakfast from the hotel instead of DoorDash which I had used for dinner the night before. For 27 dollars I got two mediocre pastries, a banana, and the worst breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. I love breakfast sandwiches and have never had one I couldn’t finish. This thing was dry, salty, clearly microwaved and hard and bad. You were out of yogurt and whatever the continental was supposed to be so I just got a banana which was by far the best part of the meal. I know COVID makes food service in a hotel hard. But you really should just not do it at all and recommend delivery over what you have me. It made the hotel look so much worse. If the food had been decent the stay would have been hugely enhanced.

Good but need more support during covid times - microwave options, paper plates, breakfast options, laundry etc

Room was nice(ish). Good for the price. Bed was super comfy and I had a 55 inch tv. Room service was out of a few items and there was a light out in my room. I understand as I’m sure they have limited staff. But the quality of the food was just ok. I’d come back for the bed and tv but most likely eat elsewhere.

Check-in was easy. Front desk staff were polite, professional, and highly effective at both check-in and check-out. The experience was smooth and stress-free. The performance is consistent with my last visit. EVS is excellent, my room was extremely clean. I was able to park very close by. My view was terrible, but I paid for a lower priced room on a third-party website, so I understand. However, as it was not busy, it would have been a nice treat to get an upgrade. I was extremely comfortable and did not want to check out. I enjoyed the pink champagne I had. I thought the dinner choices on the menu were not great, so I ordered from Uber Eats. Overall, excellent stay and I look forward to my next visit.

The Rooms were not properly sanitize there was mold in the restroom the showers were filthy unplugged I reported it and I never got taken care of I moved to another room and experience was the worst same problem I had to check out early to go to another hotel

Stayed for the weekend on business. The Bartender was especially amazing. Only issue I had was that my room did not have any shampoo on day one, but two conditioner bottles instead. Was not a problem.

I've always liked the hotel and will continue to send my team and clients; however, given the hotel was empty, I was surprised I was given a room that overlooked the roof I had to request a different room but am still wondering why I was even given that room, to begin with. Also given all the amenities that were discontinued, I requested parking but was denied. Given how many people I book and how often I stay myself, I would think parking would be comped anyway

this is the first time me and my family stayed here, beds were comfortable nice shower I like the coffees maker and big 55” tv and the gym was awesome the only down fall was that when I was booking this hotel it never said there’s a $28 fee for parking daily and said I was getting Mountain View from my room that I didn’t get, overall experience was good

Half of the hotel services were not available (incl.room service and laundry) yet no one notified us in advance. We’re traveling across the country, so the laundry was something we very much needed, meaning if someone notified us in advance that it will not be available, we would stay in another hotel. Also, you have to wait at least 20 minutes every single time you have a question at the reception, since there is normally only 1 person taking care of everything. We were very much disappointed with the hotel and the whole experience.
