We had a long trip with delays due to the weather and arrived at the hotel around 8:30pm. While checking in, the front desk staff was not very welcoming. There was also no welcome drinks as a silver member. We woke up late around 11:30 on Saturday and started to get ready to check out. I called the front desk to ask for more time to allow us time to shower and pack. The front desk staff was rude and said there was no way we could stay in the room past 12. I asked to talk to a manager and was put on hold, the staff later returned and said she would extend to 12:30 and nothing more. I did not feel like staff was accommodating or cared about their guest. I have never had an issue requesting for more time to checkout until this trip and was very disappointed. Dinner was nice at the scroll bar and was probably the best experience during our stay.

It was a wonderful stay. From the front seat to the bellman the service was courteous, friendly, and accommodating. Fees were waived, room upgraded, and the view from our room was fantastic. My husband and I completely enjoyed our stay.

I stay at this hotel intermittently. Water pressure is always weak and never seems to improved. Bathroom and other parts of the room could be cleaner. Why is there always only one person at the front desk? I feel that I am always waiting.

I was very disappoint with the amount of money I paid. The room had a funny odor, my room was not cleaned. I left at 11am and when I got back at 9:30 pm my room was a mess. The rooms are dated.

Most hotels have thriving lobbies. This one is chilly at best. The common areas aren't inviting, and perhaps it's the fault of both the food and the service. You get the feeling no one, not even the wait staff, wants to be there. The front desk is cheerful and welcoming. After that, it's lodging.
