The water bottle in the room was opened and refilled with tap water. There are four people behind the bar with five patrons and I waited for an exaggerated amount of time for service even after I would ask for something. I waited for 25 mins for breakfast to be seated at my table while there was nowhere near a full restaurant. I didnt even get to order breakfast so I opted for a very expensive buffet experience which I was not wanting at all. Nobody brought me a menu or asked if I had been helped. I sat myself. The food was very cold and rubbery. This hands down is the worst experience I have ever had at your establishment and I stay there when I am in town. I do believe I will be going elsewhere as this was a complete joke. I do not know who is doing the training for your establishment but I do believe that the ropes need to be tightened to offer a better experience. I have seen this hotel charge $900 for a room and this is they type of experience you have to offer?

Charged for someone else's meal in addition to mine

On checkout, I identified an additional charge for dinner on the same night, which I did not incur. On examining the receipts, someone else's dinner was added onto my room number within a few minutes of mine. The clark at the desk agreed that it is a mistake and gave me a statement that showed the second charge removed, however, on my bank statement I still had the full charge including someone else's meal. Disappointing.

Always great service. You charge WAY too much for conference facilities - tech/ rooms/ coffee tea. Bar food really great/ service great. I really hate all the plastic in the rooms with the tea and coffee service, why are the cups wrapped in plastic. Why do you have plastic stirrers -why not a metal spoon. There must be a way to reduce plastic at the Pullman. Also bathroom soap dispensers vs individual plastic bottles and wrapped soap...

It was not pleasant...I had on my confirmation that the Valet parking was $30. When we arrived at the hotel I noticed that the sign were they take your keys say $35, he told me not to pay attention to the rate. My husband didn't want me walking to the parking garage by myself, so I did Valet. When I was checking in she told me that valet parking was $35. I told her what the gentleman said out side and she said; if that what he told you that the price id $30. I even showed her my confirmation that it said $30. Our room was never cleaned. We left the room at approximately 1:03 PM and returned Approximately 9:45 PM after the wedding. I went up to our room to bring my coat, when I walked in the bed was still not made and dirty towels still on the floor, and garbage cans were overflowing. I call down to house keeping and they said they bring up clean towels. When we returned to our room at 11:30 PM clean towels were there, but the dirty ones were still on the floor. I have been in many hotels with great customer service. Except for the very nice young lady who checked me out had a smile on her face. I told her that she was the only person since I had been there that had a smile on her face. When I arrived home I was checking my bill and was billed $35 for valet parking. My fault for not checking before I left the hotel. My daughter who sons got married (that's why we were all there) spent a great deal of money at your hotel. I have told all of my friends that if anyone suggested to them to stay at your hotel, I told them not to and why. It was the first time I ever was charged for incidentals before I check out. I was appalled when looking for something in my check book and saw the charge for the hotel. I knew that my bill for Thursday night was $299.00 and Friday was $139. That to me did not add up to $799.+, then found out if was for incidentals of which I had none. I hope this helps you improve your customer service.

Hotel accommodations were clean and comfortable, staff at check in, entry, and for room service were fantastic. Very fast check in / check out process and on time delivery or breakfast. Experience with restaurant and bar staff is a completely different story however. Being seated for breakfast took a good 5+ minutes of waiting and there were only four others seated at the time. It took a while to have our order taken and no one came back afterward to offer refills - had to find and get them ourselves. Getting a drink and food at the bar was also a problem - even when I was sitting AT the bar. I hate to say I had to flag someone down because they were too bust talking to each other... Didn't stay long for obvious reasons.
