The air conditioning in the hotel did not work and it was hot as hell. Had to keep windows open but planes were very loud.

The whole facility had no air conditioning during my stay. I was placed on the top floor west side of the building? I.E. the hottest part of the hotel. The staff was apologetic and it is not their fault. To have a hotel room that is above 80 degrees is not acceptable. I try to empathize with Covid and lower occupancy rates but I was taken advantage of. I should have been made aware prior to my stay with the option to cancel my reservation. Mark D.

the hotel is great, room service, front desk staff, etc. However, the HVAC system is a complete disaster and I am shocked that the local building inspectors or other regulatory agencies haven't shut your facility down yet. We had 3 rooms and none of the HVAC systems worked in any of them. we heard widespread comments from other guests that they were checking out of the hotel over HVAC issues. You need a new HVAC system ASAP or you should temporarily close this location. The coolest our rooms got was 73 degrees. one of them wouldn't get cooler than 76 degrees.

We came to attend the 2021 San Francisco Fountain Pen show. We had never stayed here before but found it a wonderful experience. The rooms were very nice and the beds were quite unexpectedly good. We did not eat at the hotel but they need more outlets and grab bars in the bath! Not up to code.

I stayed a room with a Lagoon view, and it was very beautiful. I wasnt informed that you have to call housekeeping 24 hrs prior if you want a room service to have your room clean. So if ever you would stay, make sure to call them ahead. The food is just fine, I liked the breakfast options. I bought outside food most of the time for lunch and dinner. I didnt like the once I ordered in the hotel (lunch/dinner). But nonetheless , I will rate it a 10 because all of the staff were very nice and welcoming, the room was awesome, the view was mesmerizing.

We stayed for the SF pen show. The hotel is very clean and pretty cool. I wish the hotel could have had more staff to handle the weekend events. That is the only reason I didn’t give a “10”.

I found that I had left my business backpack in my room after I've checked out and drove back to Los Angeles. I called the front desk the same day in the afternoon and Justin Burbick at the front desk kindly went extra miles to go up to the room I had checked out and found the bag for me. I sent him an UPS shipping label and he shipped the bag back to me. I had some valuable items that belong to my customers in my bag. Justin saved my day! Great staff makes great hotel experience. Good. I think those comforters are a little much and the bed is strange. I was pretty comfortable but the bed is a (messy bed). We found the bath and area around the bath and closet pretty cramped.

Spent 3 nights getting covid testing for pre travel requirements. The hotel was well situated for the testing and airport. Friendly staff. Looking forward to covid ending so all we can get back to normal service like room cleaning and fresh towels. Short stay so it was no issue for this trip.

Bad Stay

In check-in, the agent asked for room service time and we confirm it for 10:00 Am. On the first day nobody shows up until evening time and when we call the front desk they said nobody can do it and for sure they will take care it for next day. on the second day, we remind guys to take care of it but nobody cleans the room again !!! also, the other gust has a party until midnight around the pool area, and none of the hotel's employees didn't get them notice.

Pet Friendly But Beware

We were traveling for a medical appointment. The room was nice and the beds are comfortable. No coffee maker in room. If you are traveling with a pet be ready with an additional $300 at check-in. We were also surprised by the parking which was an additional $112 for our 4 day stay.
