I will be contacting your customer relations department regarding my individual experience. I paid for my travel expenses to and from your hotel from the SFO airport because there was no courtesy shuttle provided as falsely advertised. Free shuttles were still in operation from other hotels at the airport, but not your hotel. When I called the front desk, I was told to take a cab or an Uber without compensation or an offer to cancel the reservation without penalty due to the major inconvenience. Only after I arrived at the hotel and paying out of pocket for my own transportation was I told there was no food or beverage services being offered at the hotel. I should have been told this on the phone before I paid for the transportation or a complimentary cancellation should have been offered on the spot! You have terrible customer service for travellers who are already under extreme duress. I was told after I had just paid for transportation to get to the hotel that I would have to pay for UberEats if I needed to eat something. I will provide further details of this horrible stay in a formal letter of complaint.

Granted it was slow from the COVID, the service was unfriendly and not worth the cost. Charging $28 bucks a night for parking was crazy. There were 5 cars there, probably included employees. The woman at the front desk said "we have to charge since there are no guests"? I think this hotel could throw that in to the few guests they have, not like you need the money....You need a note that there is no room service. With take out available only, it would be good to keep people working and guests from driving elsewhere, Room service would make your money back for parking charges!!! The rooms arent that nice for the price. The tub has stains, the wall needs paint, the counters and floor were dirty

I stay at your hotel regularly for work, every month or so. I have asked the staff to update my email address MULTIPLE times over the last year so that my receipts go straight to my work email. However, no matter how many times I have been assured it's updated, I always get the receipt in my personal email and then have to look for it later. For the love of God please figure out how to update an email address in your system!

1. restaurant options were a quite limited. the menu was very short so the options were limited even when assuming the whole menu is available. 2. i worked quite a few hours at my room & the chair isn't very comfortable - as a business hotel i think its one of the more important items. p.s.: my stay was during the COVID-19 crisis so some things might have been affected like restaurant.

Where do I start. Firstly you are blatantly advertising a service you do not offer in order to trick guests into booking.. I am of course referring to your phantom airport shuttle. Disgraceful. Secondly could you kindly explain why as well as payment for the room you have also taken the equivalent of 270usd from my credit card ?

In regards to your question about your charges, please note that our computer system initially takes an authorization of estimated charges for the entire stay when registering. After settlement, the balance is released, which may take 5-10 business days depending on the cardholders bank/merchant. We have sent an email with your hotel-stay folio attached. Stayed for the weekend on business. The Bartender was especially amazing. Only issue I had was that my room did not have any shampoo on day one, but two conditioner bottles instead. Was not a problem.

The lady at the frond desk couldn't find my reservation and was kinda rude about it. The bar tender was not paying attention to his customers. We waited at least 4 min for him to stop taking to what seemed to be his friends. Then my TV didn't work and it took a good 20 min before I went back down to tell them not to worry about it, just to get back talk from the black lady at the front desk. She said it hasn't been that long sir. I said regardless I'm done waiting. I won't be staying here ever again

I paid over a grand for 3 nights. It's ridiculous that the fee didn't include parking or breakfast. Overall, just too pricey.

I've always liked the hotel and will continue to send my team and clients; however, given the hotel was empty, I was surprised I was given a room that overlooked the roof I had to request a different room but am still wondering why I was even given that room, to begin with. Also given all the amenities that were discontinued, I requested parking but was denied. Given how many people I book and how often I stay myself, I would think parking would be comped anyway

this is the first time me and my family stayed here, beds were comfortable nice shower I like the coffees maker and big 55” tv and the gym was awesome the only down fall was that when I was booking this hotel it never said there’s a $28 fee for parking daily and said I was getting Mountain View from my room that I didn’t get, overall experience was good

Half of the hotel services were not available (incl.room service and laundry) yet no one notified us in advance. We’re traveling across the country, so the laundry was something we very much needed, meaning if someone notified us in advance that it will not be available, we would stay in another hotel. Also, you have to wait at least 20 minutes every single time you have a question at the reception, since there is normally only 1 person taking care of everything. We were very much disappointed with the hotel and the whole experience.

Front desk did not ever seem to have enough staff resulting in long waits to check out. Upon checking out, I requested that a copy of my receipt be sent to my email. Was never sent - when I tried to call (6… after returning home - I was put on hold the first time for five minutes, hung up, called back - no answer, called back again - no answer, called again - put on hold again by the front desk for another five minutes. Hung up and called back - finally got somebody different who was able to help. I work for EA and have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the years. This was the poorest experience to date.
