It was pretty standard. Rooms were nice, bar closed early and breakfast was standard. A bunch of construction around hotel that made it hard to find hotel but that was not their issue. Would stay there again.

Good stay but very difficult access with taxi .Some taxi do not know the access to your hotel through the La Defense tunnel.

The access to the hotel is too difficult because of the construction all around. We reserved a junior suite, the mini bar was empty except for two cans of water. Lighting is extremely poor. NO lights in the section of the couch. We ordered coffee to the room, we got it in a mug instead of getting it in a closed pot to make sure that nothing can drop in the coffee on the way and it will reach hot. The mattress was not aligned or straight, which makes sleeping not comfortable and we had the feeling that we will drop out from the bed each from his side. The breakfast was not too good; very limited selection compared to other five stars hotels. There was no one to help us in getting our bags down from the room at the time of the check out and we had to carry our luggage (five bags) by ourselves. Again no one to help us to get the luggage to the taxi.

I really liked you Hotel, and especially your staff. All of them were really polite, warm and hospitable. What I was a little bit unpleasantly surprised (and hence 8/10 mark) was the breakfast. It didnt provide much choice (for instance, you have only 2 sorts of cheese, which for a hotel in France is suboptimal). Best, Roko U.
