I spent 4 nights and only one night I had hot water. The first night maintenance came to my room and told me to just run the bath or sink water for a bit and it will be hot. 1/2 hoor later, still not hot. Very disappointed

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Check in was a breeze. My room was very clean, quiet and nicely decorated. A few reasons for my three star rating: - The quality of the pillows and towels. The pillows were all very lumpy and made my sleep uncomfortable. The towels are of poor quality and not very soft. - The room temperature was inaccurate. Despite being set at 16.5 c, the room remained warm through the day and night. It seems like a pretty old system. Service was fine - inconstant greetings, but that’s okay. Overall a decent stay.

quick in and out , room was fine, bed was great!, door to safe bangs into room door upon entering though...couldn't get safe door to closed to avoid collision
