The experience was good overall, clean room and nice breakfast. However, I find it strange that there was no single bottle of water in the room. I don’t think a single bottle of complimentary water would hurt the company’s bottom line that terribly. Rather, it will do more to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

Lovely hotel with pleasant staff and nice breakfast. I was a little disappointed with the bathroom in our room as the toilet was separate from the bath/shower and wash basin which I found annoying and a little unhygienic.
