Bon séjour, bon accueil, bon petit déjeuner. L'accès en voiture et le parking ont été compliqués. 25 minutes pour faire les derniers 300m ! Le parking n'est vraiment pas pratique : nous sommes restés bloqué entre les 2 portes de garage, puis impossible de se garer sans bloquer l'accès à la voiture voisine. Cette petite visite du parking nous a pris 1/2h supplémentaire, puis il a fallu demander à l'accueil de ne pas nous facturer le parking. Nous avons finalement du nous reporter sur le parking de la gare. Si avions su plus tôt que votre parking n'était pas une solution viable, nous aurions gagné 1/2h et aurions réservé un parking en ville à l'avance, ce qui nous serait revenu moins cher. A noter: votre personnel est resté très courtois et agréable, ce qui nous a permis de mieux vivre la situation.

Votre opinion sur la qualité de nos services est très importante pour nous et nous prenons en considérations vos remarques. Notre parking est en effet etroit , mais nous y stationnons au quotidien une trentaine de véhicule, de dimension "classique ". Les accès au centre ville sont en revanche très complexes et le choix des transports en communs sont souvent les meilleurs . Je suis ravie que les équipes ait pu vous aider à garder le sourire pour cette entrée en matière douloureuse. Chose the hotel based on location & the fact it had parking. While the location was good the parking was full. Not surprising given they only have just over 20 spaces for hotel of several hundred rooms. They should make that clear on booking the room or allow you to reserve a parking space. As it was we had to pay for parking at the station car park costing a considerable amount of money.

Dear Guest, Thank you for the review of our hotel! You are correct our parking has 30 places and it's smal for all our guest . IIt is clearly stated on our site that this cannot be reserved. First come, first served. However, indeed not far from there, the parking of the Lille Flandres station is an option. It is, however, a bit more expensive, I agree with you.
