Room clean and comfortable staff very helpful

Friendly reception, clean room and good breakfast

Very convenient for my business visit to clients. Room clean, tidy if a touch compact. Services and people very good.

We spent one night at this Ibis Hotel well located on the bank of the Moselle River and close to the center of the city but the price was too high. We asked to be on the front with a view on the river and we were at the back of the hotel. And 6 euros for the private parking when there is the possibility to park the car free of charges during the night just in front of the hotel . One positive point : a very friendly team at the reception but more than 90 euros for one night is far too much taking account of the relatively poor level of comfort.

personal attentional even late at night and great landing in Epinal city centre, even if I was advised to park our cars by the meter outside to save €4 each compared to the hotel parking... Standing in the wind by the meter, on that cold December night was not my idea of a warm welcome. I was a tad surprised the front desk did not offer to discount the parking rate and allow for a straight through arrival

Very friendly, professional staff - everyone, without exception. Central location. Room was tiny - smallest I've every experienced in an Ibis. Just enough room for two (small) people if you planned every movement carefully. A single electrical socket half way up the wall by the door is simply not sufficient.

My overall experience was very good! I thought the staff helpful and very courteous, hard working and committed to helping the hotel run well! I had asked for a quiet room but my room was at the front and often in the early morning I was woken by early risers or arrivals. But I liked the room and the air conditioning worked very well.

We had a lovely time . We're part of the semaine federal cycle week . Close in town . Right by river . Easy yo park . Found everything very good . Food good in hotel . Staff always friendly and helpful

Relaxing ambience in well run hotel. All facilities needed for an overnight stay readily to hand.

Was stranded in Epinal that night, and the night porter was a reinsuring welcome, the bedding is very confortable and the breakfast area surrounded by a nice park.

The hotel was extremely well positioned within the town and perfect for touring the Vogues area. The room was perfectly adequate for my needs. Having a garage for the safe storage of my motorcycle (moto) was excellent. I thought the staff were excellent and very helpful and I was particularly impressed by the help given to me (when I had to use the computer in reception for some essential documents) by 'Anthony'; please thank him again for me. Breakfasts were adequate and a good start to the day.
