Hotel staff are friendly, place is clean , restaurant wasn’t open when arrived at 7.30 so had to eat around the lounge chairs which was awkward. Hotel room air con didn’t work neither did the hair dryer and water pressure was awful and bed must be specially designed as are very small doubles. So not too good in all honesty

We only stayed for one night after arriving in Miami from St Lucia. The hotel reception was friendly and the hotel was clean enough. Room was ok but toilet flush was faulty and shower pressure wasn’t great. Carpet had seen better days. The worst part of our stay was the noise. Pipes made a terrible noise all night. I’ll finish on a positive. The food and service from the bar in LL was excellent.

The bed was one of the worst I have been on anywhere in the world. The mattress was firm but worn out from use and sagged in the middle. My feet and head were higher than my midsection and it hurt my back.

I was disappointed with how old my room was. it will be nice to make the old rooms a bit modern as the presidential suit on the 15th floor. the carpets in my room were hideous in my opinion. Also disappointed on not having my phone calls answered before arriving at the hotel.

Enjoyed the hotel. Conveniently located from the airport. Flight got there in the evening and was a little disappointed that the restaurant was not fully operational for dinner.

very bad and old room, bathroom, tiles in the bathroom are broken, I had hair in the bath room not sound proof at all, you could ear elevator ring, door closing, people talking in the corridor. the hotel which been to use a Sofitel many years ago was a very upscale hotel but investment has certainly not has been done as effectively, the hotel is old and need a restauration for sure.

The hotel lobby was clean and check in was fast Rooms are clean but outdated my bed was like a Grand Canyon from the middle so I had to put a pillow to stop me from rolling while a sleep The pillows are not very comfortable No close power outlets to the bed so get ready to have a long cable Pool was nice about 20-25 meter long so good for some good swim exercise Breakfast was great and has many varieties Parking was expensive 27 usd a day and many times had to make a couple of rounds to find a spot to park Staff are sweet, helpful and professional

The Pullman was a beautiful property within a short distance from the Miami Airport. I visits the property after getting off my cruise and had some hours before my flight. I used an App called “DayUse” that allows you to book a room for a few hours if you have a layover or short stay. It was such a great option! I will definitely visit again if I have a Layover in Miami or disembark from a cruise early.

Worst welcome ever !

Shuttle super late, waited 1h15 min for the shuttle to come by the airport ! Email sent with no reply ! 12 guests at the same time, 2 staff for check in ! Worst welcome by the staff at the reception ! And on top, was asked money to key luggage’s at the reception ! This is far away to represent the Accord Hotel values ! Super disappointed ! And paid $220 for this !!! The worst ! Please retain your staff and how to welcome people !

Old, Tired, Dirty and No Air Conditioning, Could not get out of the parking gate

Stayed for one night, parked well, checked in well, that was where the good ended. Got to the room, very old and very tired and not clean, room extremely warm, plugs old and do not take 3 pin plugs, air conditioning did not cool down all night, checked out in morning, got in car and could not get out gate, had to go back to reception and still delayed getting out. Some light switches in room did not work.

We regret that the room felt old, tired, and unclean, and that the air conditioning did not cool properly. This is not the standard of comfort and cleanliness we aim to provide, and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused. We are also sorry for the outdated plug sockets and non-functional light switches in your room; these are issues we are addressing with our maintenance team. Furthermore, we apologize for the difficulty you experienced with the parking gate upon departure. This should not have happened, and we will review our procedures to ensure smoother operations in the future. We understand how frustrating these issues must have been and appreciate your feedback. The room we stayed in was dirty. Looks like this place needs to be updated. Moldy grout, ac was dusty and even on lowest setting the room was still hot.

Beautiful but disappointing

When I arrived we were able to check in early and it was a beautiful hotel but over the 2 nights we were there, i unfortunately ran into several issues. $30 per night to park is outrageous, especially when I saw nothing on the website when I booked and was told $15 a night at check in. There is no continental breakfast because they’d rather you spend even more in their restaurant. You can’t even avoid that because they provide a fridge in the room but no microwave. The waterfall in the pool (my daughter’s reason for choosing this hotel) was shut off until about 3pm Saturday. And the handle of my shower was completely broken off. Next time I’ll choose somewhere else

Problem with stolen money

Overall liked the hotel: friendly staff and good service. Very disappointing situation with stolen money from my room (1109). It has been a long time, but still the problem has not been solved, there is no information on the progress of the proceedings and I only get replies from the staff that the issue is being dealt with. Very disappointed with this attitude and realized that the best thing was to call the police, not to communicate with the hotel manager. I wish for better service and more efficient processes.
