When we first got there, I had to go to Walgreens to get some cleaning spray because the tub with very dirty. The floor was messed up pretty bad. The towels were cracked on the corners. The bathroom sink was clogged up and never fixed. The first morning our room was never cleaned. We had to ask for clean towels and wash cloths.

No room service, pharmacy counter and the snack counter close very early.

Great staff, horrible toilet

The staff were very helpful and provided additional services for transfers to customers other locations and tours. The toilet however did not work on arrival, the maintenance person came immediately and got it to work however the next morning it didn’t work again.
