I got stuck in Miami due to a delayed flight/missed connecting flight. The agent at the desk told us to pick a hotel near the airport. Since I had heard good things about the Pullman Hotel chain, I chose it. I walked in to the hotel and was shocked by how dated it looked. Frayed lobby carpet and old furniture in the rooms. I felt lied to. I don’t know how this is considered a 4 star hotel. I have seen better motels. I wish, I had gone to the Element😭

I couldn't have had a better experience. Thanks to the manager on duty at the time of our arrival. She made sure we were taken care of. We had no issues and will be back.

I was most impressed with the managements response to small problem. As with any stay unexpected issues can arise. We had a problem with a noisy air conditioner and the hotel manager was very attentive and helpful in finding a solution.
