Room was nice, you can tell they have tried to refurbish the rooms, the paint on the walls in the bathroom was not done by a pro if it was they didnt care. To bad because that is about the only thing I really didnt like, and for the price we paid I would have thought it would have been better. Next time I will book a better hotel.

Don’t book the cruise “shuttle” offered by hotel staff! No smoking isn’t enforced by pool.

We stayed here prior to heading out on a cruise. The hotel was fine; lovely pool area, coffee shop for the morning and nice bar in the evening. The reason I rated it a three is: 1. Each time we visited the pool, someone was by the pool smoking. There are signs saying no smoking, but no one enforces it. It is not pleasant to breathe in smoke while you are swimming and I certainly don’t like my kids breathing it in. 2. The shuttle driver for the hotel told us he could set us up with a shuttle to the cruise terminal. We went ahead and booked it. Morning of, we went out front to board our shuttle and there was no shuttle-but instead a bus. This bus was stopping at additional hotels. We needed to be at the cruise terminal at 11:30 and had told them that when we booked. If we would have known it was a bus, we would’ve booked an Uber. Being that it was an employee of the hotel that arranged this for us, it makes me think less of the hotel. Prior to the “shuttle” incident I may have recommended this hotel.

Fabulous location, warm welcome from all staff and such a relaxed atmosphere here. I first booked this hotel due to the close proximity to the airport; having now wished we had booked this hotel after our cruise too as it was a fabulous find. We would certainly visit here again and stay for longer next time. The dining area was stylish, and plenty of choice in food and fabulous drinks too. The staff in the restaurant couldn’t be any more accommodating to myself , hubby and two daughters! What topped this stay off was the very attentive care and patience of Darrell ( I think that was his name), on the front desk- he went above and beyond when helping us this morning when our transfer didn’t turn up. He is an absolute credit to The Accor group. He interpersonal skills are superb! Overall, a fabulous stay and we will highly recommend and come again. Thank you

Nice Hotel, view from 11th floor was great, fitness well equipped, the nicest staff! We bought new suitcases and the staff, without any hesitation, took the used ones and disposed them. If we ever need to stay in that area again we will come back.

Booked a day room after coming off cruise ship and not flying home to UK till late at night. Arrived early at 8.30 and was given room straight away. Excellent room and much better than hanging about Miami airport for hours. Pool area was nice and hotel shuttle service to the airport was free. Book direct by emailing the hotel.
