I've been a loyal guest at the Pullman for nearly a decade, but this stay was my last. There were no towels in the room and I could see that the room had not been cleaned. The bar/restaurant added an 18% gratuity to the check without informing me, so I ended up leaving a 39% tip. My fault for not seeing the charge but the server certainly I could have said something rather than just taking an extra 21% tip. I was charged for parking, and there was no mention of paid parking on the website while booking the room. This level of service was disappointing and not what I expected from the Pullman. We’ll be staying at the Marriott from now on.

Regarding the parking charges, we regret that this was not mentioned on our website during your booking process. We will ensure that our website clearly states all relevant charges to avoid any misunderstandings. Poor shuttle service Unfriendly staff

Front desk, Room Service, Housekeeping, never answered the phone. I called the operator 3 times. 1 out of 3 times the phone was answered

Amazing beds, great service and the perfect airport hotel

Everything was perfect from the staff to the beds which were so very comfortable. This hotel is far above the normal chain brands. It’s a French hotel group so you know the foods were way better than average and it had a beautiful location overlooking a lake with a great pool. I would never stay anywhere else when flying out of Miami . Plus the Pullman had a nice bar.
