Totally average. I had a bit higher expectations honestly. I came around 10:30pm, and the bar was already closed. From a 4-stars hotel you would expect a bar open until a bit later. The room looked surprinzingly old, which was surprizing, since on the Accor page it was written they have been freshly renewed. I did appreciate the Rituals bath products, and also the two bottle of water were also a gesture I have appreciated.

The trams (10 and 12) provide direct link to the airport, the railway station and the rest of Zürich area Also, great accessibility by car. Excellent for short and long stay.

Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable

Short overnight stay between connecting flights. Booked a room advertised as OK for 4 but the Sofa bed for our 2 kids was seriously uncomfortable-you could feel all the sharp springs. And the room fridge was broken. Otherwise the Main bed & hotel generally was OK, reception staff quick & helpful, but would not recommend booking rooms if you plan/need to use the sofa bed.
