Tempy Friends - Confirmed reviews ALL

The rooms were small, but we were allowed to hang in the lounge which made up for it, sadly after 11 no more alcohol at the bar, but the late night shift were a blast letting us drink our own, providing us with glasses, ice , lemon and any soda for our mixes. The staff are nice and help you to the full extend, if ur just using the rooms to sleep and shower ur fine, breakfast is also nice if you wake up before 11 :^)

Not entirely satisfactory. The service was minimal. No extra benefits for the ALL Accor Diamond card. We were there during a weekend - no complimentary breakfast

Just stayed a couple of nights. I liked the luggage bench. Might suggest more bike parking spaces & someplace in the common area to fill water bottles. Also I would have appreciated several more hangers in the room.

No towels provided. No water. No kettle for free tea and coffee - this hotel will rather sell you everything than give you something for free, even the soap provided was terrible.

Dear guest, Thank you for visiting us and taking the time to give us your feedback. I am sorry to read that your stay was not up to standard, but I do have the feeling you did not discuss this with my colleagues when you were here. Though we can discuss the quality or scent of the soap, the rooms should be equipped with 2 sets of towels and we will gladly bring more or change them when they are used. All we need is a single hint that you don't have (enough) towels and we'll galdly arrange that, just like the kettle (and coffee/ tea) which we provide for free at reception to all who ask. We chose this to make sure we provide a clean, working kettle with supplements and it would have been our pleasure to provide that for you. All in all I fully understand that your stay as you experienced it would not have been satisfactory, even though I would encourage you to tell us if something is off with your stay. As mentioned, that would have probably changed your experience during your stay greatly and it would have fitted our wish to make every guest happy. Kind regards, Reint - General Manager
